The Beyond Collection is a commission-free marketplace where the most elite meeting planners and luxury hospitality partners connect through private events and our online community (The Hive) to conduct business, share best practices, and leverage strategic planning resources.
Hotels and resorts prefer non-commissioned business, which gives our members an added advantage when sourcing. Without commissions, properties retain more revenue, enabling meeting planners to negotiate better concessions such as room upgrades, complimentary meals, or additional amenities for guests.
Our commission-free approach also ensures that all group business, regardless of size, is treated equally. Whether you’re booking for a small team retreat or a large-scale conference, every booking is valued the same. This creates a more level playing field and delivers greater value to all parties involved.
The Hive is our exclusive online community where meeting planners and hospitality partners connect. It serves as the ultimate sourcing resource, allowing planners to send and manage RFPs, engage in peer-to-peer discussions, earn and redeem loyalty points for experiential stay packages, and much more.
Additionally, The Hive offers unique benefits such as access to newsworthy announcements and special incentives/offers from hotels, exclusively for meeting planners who are part of The Beyond Collection. This makes The Hive an invaluable tool for planners looking to stay informed and gain exclusive advantages
Our Sweet Rewards loyalty program allows members to earn points by contracting business with our hospitality partners and referring other meeting planners to The Beyond Collection. These points can be exchanged for experiential stay packages, amenities, and exclusive gifts.
For example, one of our packages includes an escape to the Willamette Valley for a two-night stay at The Allison Inn & Spa, located on a gentle hillside in the renowned Oregon Wine Country. This package features a stay in a Grand Deluxe King guestroom, a bottle of our signature “Austin Knoll” Willamette Valley Pinot Noir, a $100 spa credit, and a $100 JORY dining credit.
At The Beyond Collection, we pride ourselves on creating and hosting three types of private, in-person events designed to strengthen connections between planners and hospitality partners.
● Showcase: An three-hour event designed for planners to network with a select collection of luxury hotels and resorts.
● Regional Marketplace: An overnight event that fosters stronger relationships through dedicated 1:1 sessions in a relaxed, open environment.
● Summit: A three-day event that allows attendees to make meaningful business connections and inspire creativity through presentations, keynote speakers, and 1:1 sessions.
The Beyond Collection is transparent about our business model. Our hospitality partners pay us an annual membership fee. We retain no commission on any meetings or events booked at one of our events or through The Hive.

For Hospitality Partners —
Our model allows our hospitality partners to connect directly, form relationships with, and conduct business with our planner community of 8,000+. Our meeting planners are qualified prior to joining the community and attending our events, which are benchmarked in the industry and in high demand because of the quality of meeting planners in attendance.
Pending your property meets our criteria for joining, we offer a la carte and packaged memberships. Packages can be customized based on the size of your sales team and how many events and marketing opportunities you are interested in.
The number of RFPs received by property varies each year, but we strive to ensure you receive the ROI you are looking for. Our conversion ratio is one of the highest in the industry with more than 25% of RFPs converting to contracted. A single RFP sent through our channel includes 3 properties on average, 150 total room nights, and a $565 ADR.
For Meeting Planners —
As a meeting planner you will have complimentary access to The Hive, our online platform and ultimate sourcing resource, allowing planners to send and manage RFPs, engage in peer-to-peer discussions, earn and redeem loyalty points for experiential stay packages, and much more.
Additionally, The Hive offers unique benefits such as access to newsworthy announcements and special incentives/offers from hotels, exclusively for meeting planners who are part of The Beyond Collection. This makes The Hive an invaluable tool for planners looking to stay informed and gain exclusive advantages.
Yes! You can still be a member of The Beyond Collection even if you use a third party for sourcing and contracting. We welcome you to attend our in-person events, participate in our industry-wide discussion groups, view exclusive news and offers posted by the hotels & resorts within our community, and more.
No! The Hive is entirely complimentary to meeting planners.
Summit invitations are generally based on industry (e.g., Insurance & Financial), region (e.g., Northeast), or the types of meetings (e.g., Executive Retreats) you book. A member of our team will let you know the Summits available to you during your onboarding.
While we prefer you use The Hive, we understand that every business has different sourcing requirements. If you do source via Cvent, we can be added to your RFPs as the NSO. Alternatively, you can simply let our team know of an RFP that you sourced outside of The Hive so that you are still eligible to receive Sweet Rewards.
Yes, meeting history ensures all meeting planners are qualified and have meeting profiles that match the caliber of the hotels & resorts in our community. This also allows us to best “match” you at our in-person events during the 1:1 marketplace appointments, ensuring a productive use of your time.
For Third Parties —
Yes! You can still be a member of The Beyond Collection if you are a qualified third party. We welcome you to attend our in-person events, participate in our industry-wide discussion groups, view exclusive news and offers posted by the hotels & resorts within our community, and more.
Absolutely! When we say “commission-free” we are referring to ourselves as a non-commissionable party. There is no conflict if you include commission on your RFPs, as long as it’s disclosed to our hotel and resort partners. No additional commission will be added from The Beyond Collection.
